Description: Brachypodium (approx 28 days old) was collected after being grown in three different diurnal time courses (LDHH, LDHC, LLHC) for 48 hours. Samples were collected every 4 hours for a total of 13 samples per time course. After each time course the plants were entrained at constant light and temperature (LLHH) for 48 hours, then samples were collected again every 4 hours for 48 hours under LLHH conditions.
LDHH = Light day, Dark night, Hot day, Hot night
LDHC = Light day, Dark night, Hot day, Cold night
LLHC = Light day, Light night, Hot day, Cold night
LLHH = Light day, Light night, Hot day, Hot night
