Description: Single isolate, Butte86-AD of Fusarium graminearum inoculated on spikes of Morex barley and inoculated spikes were harvested from 24 to 144 hours after inoculation. Total RNA was isolated from inoculated spikes and labeled cRNA was hybridized to Fusarium Affy GeneChips to detect Fusarium transctipts on barley through infection process.
