Description: To elucidate their genome-wide impact on gene regulation, Tri6 and Tri10 deletion mutants of Fusarium graminearum were constructed and used to inoculate wheat heads. Microarray analyses were conducted with the Fusarium graminearum Affymetrix GeneChip using RNA isolated from infected wheat heads inoculated with either mutant or with the wildtype as the control.
