Description: To test for signal sensitivity of F. graminearum probe sets in planta, RNA isolated from complete media was mixed with barley RNA derived from mock inoculated treatments for labeling and hybridization. A total of 10 microgram of RNA was used to process each chip; samples consisted either 100% fungal RNA or fungal RNA diluted 10, 100, 1000, and 10,000-fold with barley RNA. A single chip was used for each dilution.
