Description: We microdissected each compartment from 6-micron paraffin sections using the Leica AS LMD system to identify all genes active in different compartments of a soybean seed containing globular-stage embryos.
Experiment Overall Design:
1. Globular-stage seed compartments were isolated from 6-micron paraffin sections using the Leica AS LMD system. From GSE6414 record: Expression data from soybean seed compartments with embryos at the globular stage.

2. Heart-stage seed compartments were isolated from 8-micron paraffin sections using the Leica AS LMD system. From GSE7511 record: Expression data from soybean seed compartments with embryos at the heart stage.

3. Cotyledon-stage seed compartments were isolated from 8-micron paraffin sections using the Leica LMD6000 system. From GSE7881 record: Expression data from soybean seed compartments with embryos at the cotyledon stage.
