Hello Guest, Welcome to the PLEX Express Tutorial

Before you will be able to submit data or explore the sandbox below you will need to log in. If you don't have a PLEXdb account, please register. Why submit to PLEXdb?

  • Journals and funding agencies require that data be made available.
  • To verify the completeness of your experiment information.
  • Serves as a safe repository for your data.
  • Provides a means of exploring and sharing your data with collaborators.
  • Increase the impact of your research.
What you will need to submit your data:
  • The CEL and EXP files from each hybridization (you may submit other types of files as well).
  • An overall description of your experiment and the treatment factors and levels.
  • Descriptions of each sample used.
The five major steps of a submission:
  1. Experiment description
  2. Describe treatment
  3. Describe samples
  4. Upload hybridization data files
  5. Associate files and samples with hybridizations
  6. Review and finalize
