below you will need to log in. If you don't have a PLEXdb account,
please register.
Why submit to PLEXdb?

Journals and funding agencies require that data be made available.

To verify the completeness of your experiment information.

Serves as a safe repository for your data.

Provides a means of exploring and sharing your data with collaborators.

Increase the impact of your research.
What you will need to submit your data:

The CEL and EXP files from each hybridization (you may submit other
types of files as well).

An overall description of your experiment and the treatment factors and
levels.

Descriptions of each sample used.
