When you have entered all requested information about your experiment, have upload the data files and associated them with hybridizations, please review your completed experiment very carefully. Errors will slow down processing or worse, may go undectected.

Once you are confident your experiment submission does not contain errors, you may finalize it. This will send an e-mail notification to the PLEXdb data curator. Under normal circumstances it should take about a week for your experiment to be processed. The data curator will notify you with any questions that may come up and to let you know when the processing is complete.

IMPORTANT: once you have finalized your experiment submission you will not be able to edit it. If you need changes to a finalized experiment, notify the data curator.
