When you begin a new experiment you will be sent an e-mail with instructions for uploading your experiment data. An ftp "drop-box" will be created for your experiment and you can use your favorite ftp client to upload the files to the PLEXdb server.

PLEXdb requires both the CEL and EXP files but you may upload other files as well (for example, DAT, CHP, et cetera). All files that you upload will be made available as downloads according to the visibility of your experiment:

private: only you
group consortium: you and your collaborators
public: everyone
