Gene OscilloScope
Search for experiments where expression of queried genes
fluctuate (oscillate) the most.
Given a list of probe sets:
Displays the extent of fluctuation (CV, Coeff. of Variation
of the corresponding treatment means) in each of the microarray
experiments.
Rationale: If the expression of a probe set (gene) is
affected by some of the treatments in an experiment, it shows a higher CV
(more fluctuation); if the expression is less affected by the treatments,
it shows a lower CV (minimal fluctuiation).
