BarleyBase
MIAME/Plant-compliant and Plant Ontology enhanced expression
database for Barley microarray data.
(Shen et al. 2004).
The Affymetrix 22K Barley1 GeneChip was developed in collaboration
with the international barley community and funding from the
USDA-IFAFS program (grant #01-52100-11346). Learn more about this
GeneChip here.
HarvEST:Barley assembly #25 provided the
list of exemplars and is a subset of assembly #21, which is the source of
Barley1 GeneChip content.
