BrachyPLEX
MIAME/Plant-compliant and Plant Ontology enhanced expression
resources for Brachypodium.
The BradiAR1b520742 custom Affymetrix GeneChip was designed by
(Todd Mockler) in collaboration with the
International Brachypodium Initiative and Affymetrix.
This 5 micron, 49 format, custom Affymetrix GeneChip is a
combination genome tiling, exon-scanning design suitable for multiple
uses including expression profiling and ChIP-chip studies. The array
contains ~6.5 million perfect match oligonucleotide probes, of which
~2.5 million target annotated genic regions.
