MIAME/Plant-compliant and Plant Ontology enhanced expression
database for Citrus microarray data.
The GeneChip® Citrus Genome Array is designed specifically to
monitor gene expression in Citrus. This array was created in
collaboration with leading Citrus researchers through the
Affymetrix GeneChip® Consortia Program.

was the source of content for the expression portion of the citrus
GeneChip.

was the source of the SNP portion.
