MaizePLEX
MIAME/Plant-compliant and Plant Ontology enhanced expression
database for Maize microarray data.
The 8K maize pilot array (CornChip0) was created by Affymetrix in collaboration
with the Buckler (USDA-ARS/Cornell), Wise (USDA-ARS/Iowa State), and
Walbot (Stanford) labs.
An 18K array was developed for release to the community, based on the
8k pilot array.
The 58K maize spotted oligonucleotide array was developed by
University of Arizona (UA), The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR)
and University of Wisconsin (UW) and is funded by the National
Science Foundation, Plant Genome Program, Project number DBI-0321663.
