MIAME/Plant-compliant and Plant Ontology enhanced expression resources for Soybean.

The Affymetrix 61K Soybean/Phytophthora/Soybean Cyst Nematode GeneChip was created in collaboration with the international soybean community within the Affymetrix GeneChip consortia program. The GeneChip contains probesets from three species, Glycine max, Phytophthora sojae, and Heterodera glycines.
